Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item directly from your residence.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon arrival at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
