Lazzoni offers a comprehensive 2-year warranty on upholstery materials and a 5-year warranty on structural frames against manufacturing defects.
Can I request fabric swatches before placing an order?
Absolutely. You can order a curated selection of fabric and leather swatches through our website or visit any of our showrooms to experience the textures in person.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Special Order' items are non-refundable.
